End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with the initial letter capitalized have specific meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

• Agreement: This End-User License Agreement that forms the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Application and Website.
• Application: The software program provided by the Company, downloaded through an Application Store to your Device, named "Screenpay Repayment – UPI, AEPS, BBPS."
• Application Store: The digital distribution service operated by Google Inc. (Google Play Store) through which the Application is downloaded to your Device.
• Company: Screenpay Repayment, referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our". Screenpay Repayment offers multiple services on a single platform, including Banking, Bill Payment, Recharge, Travel, Taxation, Online Shopping, and more.
• Country: India.
• Device: Any device capable of accessing the Application, such as a computer, cellphone, or tablet.
• Third-Party Services: Any services or content (e.g., data, applications) provided by third parties and available via the Application and Website.
• You: The individual using the Application, or the company or legal entity on behalf of which the individual is using the Application or Website.

Acknowledgment

By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading, or using the Application or Website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not click "I Agree" or use the Application or Website.

License

Scope of License

The Company grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application and Website strictly as per this Agreement. You may only use the Application on a Device that you own or control.

License Restrictions

• You will not license, sell, rent, lease, distribute, transmit, or commercially exploit the Application and Website.
• You will not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (such as copyright or trademark notices) from the Application or Website.

Intellectual Property

All copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in the Application and Website are and shall remain the sole property of the Company.

Modifications & Updates

Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application and Website without notice or liability to you.

Updates

The Company may provide updates that modify or delete certain features of the Application. You agree that the Company has no obligation to provide updates or continue any specific features.

Term and Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by you or the Company. The Company may terminate it without notice if you fail to comply with its terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Company from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Application or Website.

No Warranties

The Application and Website are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any warranties. The Company disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

The Company and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Application or Website.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be resolved through Arbitration as per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.

Non-Refundable Policy

Once a subscription is made for the services, it is non-refundable, even if the user unsubscribes later.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company regarding the use of the Application and Website, superseding all prior agreements.
